EHS Advisor

EHS Culture & Leadership:

• Foster and advance a positive EHS culture through effective policy implementation and organizational engagement.
• Support the leadership team in developing, managing, and monitoring company-wide EHS performance metrics.

Compliance & Legislation:

• Provide expert guidance on EHS matters to ensure compliance with statutory regulations, contractual obligations, and industry best practices.
• Monitor emerging EHS regulatory developments and evaluate their applicability to company operations.

Incident Management & Reporting:

• Maintain comprehensive records of accidents, incidents, and near-miss events.
• Investigate all safety incidents and high-potential near-misses, documenting findings and implementing corrective actions.
• Submit mandatory incident reports to the Health and Safety Executive within prescribed timeframes.
