Wind/Solar EPC Procurement

Responsibilities:

• Structure, negotiate, and execute EPC contracts for wind, solar PV, BESS, gas, and data center projects.
• Manage the full lifecycle of EPC RFPs, from scope development to commercial evaluation and contract award.
• Lead contract amendments and post-contract activities, including claims, warranty considerations, and contractor performance tracking.

Relationship Building:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with EPC contractors, major equipment suppliers, and critical vendors.
• Monitor market dynamics, supplier capabilities, and commercial trends to inform sourcing strategies

-Coordinate closely with Development, Engineering, Construction, Project Finance, and Legal.

Skills:

• 5+ years of experience in EPC procurement for utility-scale energy projects; wind experience is highly valuable.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills that support commercial evaluation and negotiation strategy.
• A collaborative, solutions-oriented work style that helps you succeed in a fast-moving, cross-functional environment.
