Engineering Manager (Europe - Middle East - Africa)

Lead a remote team of 2-6 backend and frontend engineers from several nationalities on a complex distributed application. Mentor and coach team member and ensure they are engaged at work and have growth opportunities. You will also be in charge of hiring, evaluating team members performance and letting them go if required. Create a trusting, healthy and friendly environment for your team, where transparency is key and feedback can be provided in any direction respectfully and professionally. Plan and execute software projects of different sizes without micromanaging your team.
