Create a trusting, healthy and friendly environment for your team, where transparency is key and feedback can be provided in any direction respectfully and professionally. Plan and execute software projects of different sizes without micromanaging your team.

Lead a sustainable, high-performing team of autonomous engineers focused on enhancing the security and availability of hosted authentication providers for Octopus Cloud, building in-product enterprise features and solving deep CIAM challenges at scale. You'll join a high-trust, collaborative team alongside a Senior Product Manager and Lead Engineer to shape the team's future.
