You will be managing a group of engineers while directly contributing to the successful outcomes of the team by supporting excellent engineering and delivery practices which enable rapid delivery of high quality software engineering. Lead engineering planning and delivery of new features powering Airbnb’s Hotels line of business. Build a strong and diverse team to turn product visions into reality. Nurture a culture of technical quality from design, through code review, to production. Work with product managers, designers, and other engineering leaders to deliver new capabilities. Mentor senior ICs to expand their impact.

Lead the team building the future of Xero's user interface as the Engineering Team Lead for Frontend Design Systems, you'll be accountable for the engineering strategy behind our shared UI, developing the foundational frontend components and platforms used across all of Xero's products.
