Technical Content Specialist

Learning Content & LMS:

• Plan, write, and manage interactive learning content for the Censys LMS, from course structure to final publication.
• Transform instructor-led training into engaging self-paced eLearning experiences.
• Work with subject matter experts to design interactive capture-the-flag exercises.

Product Documentation:

• Assist in creating, editing, and publishing product documentation to ensure clarity and accuracy.
• Create processes to keep technical content and email onboarding programs current with the product.

Video & Multimedia:

• Produce video content for new feature releases, customer personas, and real-world use cases.
• Choose the right format—written doc, video, or interactive exercise—based on user learning needs.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Participate in feature development and testing to build better enablement content.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Sales Engineering, and Customer Success to keep content grounded in customer goals.
