Director of Corporate Development

We are looking for a Director of Strategy and Corporate Development to take the lead on identifying, evaluating and executing on opportunities to drive growth and/or operational excellence. The work mirrors the work found at top venture capital/private equity firms, investment banks, and strategy consulting firms. Key activities include evaluating M&A opportunities, investigating strategic opportunities, designing and conducting qualitative and quantitative research and analyses, and presenting findings to leadership. Responsibilities include identify core and critical issues to business performance and clearly communicate strategy, progress, and results across organizational boundaries and levels. End to end ownership for high priority cross functional strategic projects, from ideation through to implementation and tracking. Identify new opportunities to accelerate our core businesses, while also driving evaluation of future growth opportunities. Research new markets, identify key trends, and translate data into actionable insights and drive the entire M&A process including creating inorganic strategies, market scans, target valuation, due diligence, and deal negotiations.
