Product Designer

The Role We Need:

• Support our Member Growth team, focused on the member side of our two-sided marketplace.
• Help the right members successfully join PadSplit while protecting hosts, communities, and the platform from fraud and abuse.
• Design experiences at the intersection of growth, trust, and risk - where clarity, fairness, and empathy matter most.

Here’s What You’ll Be Doing Day-to-Day:

• Collaborate closely with Product, CX, Data, Legal, and Engineering partners
• Help members understand what’s happening and why during sensitive interactions
• Use research and data to identify friction, test improvements, and refine over time.

Here’s What You’ll Need to Be Successful:

• Combine qualitative research with quantitative data to guide decisions
• Translate complex requirements into simple, human-centered language
• Understand how upstream design decisions affect downstream outcomes
