About the Role:
- Design experiences that shape the future of growth at Close
- Owns critical surfaces across the customer journey – from first impression through activation, engagement, and monetization
- Move fluidly between strategy and execution
You Will:
- Partner with Growth, Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Analytics teams
- Create industry-leading experiences that leverage AI to get users selling faster
- Champion user needs while balancing business objectives and technical constraints
You Have:
- 7-10 years experience in product design, UX strategy, or experience design
- Strong Figma skills and experience with design systems
- Strong communication and storytelling skills to articulate tradeoffs between design decisions, metrics, and business outcomes
