Job Description

Ownership:

  • Own the performance, strategy, and growth of major multi-channel paid media accounts.
  • Drive performance against pacing, KPIs, and efficiency goals.
  • Serve as the primary internal and external point of contact for owned accounts.

Strategy and Execution:

  • Lead paid media strategy, road-mapping, testing frameworks, and campaign ideation.
  • Design and deploy monthly and quarterly testing plans across structure, targeting, creative, messaging, and conversion strategy.
  • Drive full-funnel strategy development, validation, and continuous improvement.

Team Leadership:

  • Manage and mentor a team of 1–2+ Media Managers, supporting their strategic and technical growth.
  • Partner with Account Managers and the Media Director to align media strategy with client goals and business outcomes.
  • Lead client communication, reporting, insights, and strategic recommendations.
