About the Role:
- You will be the person who puts work through its paces before creators and users do.
- This is a hands-on manual testing role focusing on complex systems like automated email flows and CRM data pipelines.
- You will own test cases, write bug reports, and build deep product knowledge.
What You Will Do:
- Design, maintain, and execute manual test cases across web, iOS, and Android.
- Test end-to-end internal systems and verify correct behavior at the edges.
- Partner with Product and Engineering to clarify expected behavior and catch issues early.
Who We Are Looking For:
- 2+ years in manual QA or testing, ideally on web or mobile.
- Genuinely detail-oriented and curious, with strong written English.
- Comfortable owning work in a remote, async-first environment.
