Role Overview:
- Ensure the quality and reliability of OSNR processes through test design and execution.
- Perform manual, automated, integration, regression, and smoke testing.
Defect Management:
- Report, track, and verify defects using JIRA and Xray.
- Collaborate with developers to resolve issues.
Cross-Team Collaboration:
- Coordinate testing efforts with multiple teams inside and outside the Hub.
- Communicate continuously to validate end-to-end processes.
Process Optimization:
- Improve testing workflows and automation frameworks.
- Stay updated with emerging QA and AI testing trends.
