Senior Product Manager, EdTech Innovation

As a Senior Product Manager, EdTech Innovation at CFC, you will lead the development of a new product line that supports strategic growth in the K–12 U.S. education market. This is a unique opportunity for a strategic, mission-driven leader to shape innovative solutions that address the evolving needs of students, educators, and school systems. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and developing high-potential product concepts and prototypes that can scale into impactful offerings. You’ll translate market insights into a compelling product vision, define success metrics, and guide the product from discovery through launch. Collaborate with the CEO and other members of the leadership team in the development of portfolio-expanding new products aligned with our diversification strategy and organizational mission. Lead the design and development of product prototypes that bring early concepts to life and enable rapid iteration. Design and execute testing strategies to gather user feedback, validate assumptions, and refine product concepts and prototypes. Lead roadmap creation and iterative development from concept to launch. Build business cases and secure executive buy-in and resources.
