New Healthcare Audit Policy Analyst (Registered Nurse or Medical Coder)

What You’ll Do:

• Develop and maintain audit concepts by researching regulatory, coding, or payer policy changes and updating rule documents and code lists.
• Perform QA reviews to ensure audit concepts comply with coding standards, payment methodologies, and payer policies prior to deployment.
• Monitor concept performance, analyze trends, and provide recommendations to optimize audit yield and accuracy.

What You Bring:

• Bachelor's degree in health administration, business, nursing, or related field, with 5+ years of experience in payment integrity and claims auditing.
• Registered Nurse or Certified Coder with nationally recognized credential (RHIA, RHIT, AHIMA, AAPC, or equivalent).
• Deep expertise in ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS coding systems and MS-DRG, APR-DRG, APC, APG, PDPM, and PDGM payment methodologies.
