Solutions Engineering Manager - West Remote

Glean is seeking a Solutions Engineering Manager (SEM) to lead their West Region team. As an SEM, you'll lead solutions engineers (SEs) to provide technical guidance to prospects/customers, improving pre-sales engagements such as technical discovery, demonstrations, workshops, and ensuring customer adoption. You will develop a high-performing team of SEs, offering mentorship and guidance. You will also act as the primary technical advisor for the territory/segment and connect to new data sources, leveraging sales methodologies such as Command of the Message and MEDDPICC to improve scoping and value delivery. You will identify expansion opportunities, collaborate cross-functionally, troubleshoot customer issues, and partner with Product Management, Engineering, and Customer Support to prioritize product enhancements and drive customer satisfaction. Finally, you will be an active community member and contribute to industry best practices.
