This role demands sophisticated account research, executive-level messaging, and champion-building to deliver on customer pain points and priority business outcomes. Build a territory in the central region and play a key role in shaping Glean’s presence.

Glean is seeking a talented Solution Architect (SA) to join our rapidly expanding, venture-backed startup. As the Solutions Architect Manager, you will lead a team of solution architects, overseeing customer-facing technical initiatives to drive successful implementations of Glean’s AI-powered platform. You will play a critical role in guiding customers through complex architecture, design, and integration processes to meet their enterprise needs.
