Job Description
The Email Designer will collaborate with marketing and retention teams to bring campaigns to life, including promotions, product launches, and lifecycle flows. They will design engaging, high-converting emails that reflect the Alpha Lion brand and drive measurable results in engagement and conversion. Execute full email production (120+ unique campaign emails per month), ensuring all deliverables are on time, pixel-perfect, and pre-scheduled in advance. They will apply direct-response design principles to create emails that perform — driving open rates, click-throughs, and conversions. The designer will maintain quality and accuracy through a structured QA process covering copy, links, images, and rendering across devices and ESPs.
