What you'll own:

• Own the pipeline target with sales and marketing leadership and build the machine that hits it.
• Own all paid channels, budget, and creative testing across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and whatever comes next.
• Run high-velocity experimentation and ship AI-powered experiences tested against real traffic.

• 5+ years leading teams in marketing, growth, engineering, or as a founder.
• Deep performance marketing and paid media experience at scale, with quantitative fluency and attribution expertise.
• AI-native builder who ships prototypes and has a track record of experiments that moved pipeline or revenue.
