Senior Counsel, Strategic Growth

Wealth.com is seeking a Senior Counsel, Strategic Growth, to act as the trusted subject matter expert and strategic advisor to all the customer-facing Wealth.com functions and to participate directly in the hyper growth of the company. Beyond your deep expertise in estate planning and wealth transfer strategies, you will be an attorney ambassador at industry events and position the company as a thought leader in the estate planning industry. Develop deep understanding of all wealth.com products lines and be able to explain the legal concepts and considerations that underpin those products to purchasers and wealth advisors. This role will roll out strategic initiatives for regulatory compliance of our customers and our company (e.g., data privacy, data security, and legal ethics), in collaboration with the growth, product, and security teams.
