Purchasing Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end procurement workflows for high-end residential interior design projects, including sourcing and vendor coordination.
• Track procurement lifecycle from order placement to delivery, ensuring alignment with project timelines and design specifications.
• Maintain accurate documentation in procurement systems like Design Manager, and analyze pricing changes for cost impacts.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 3+ years of progressive procurement experience in a project-based, design-driven environment.
• Ability to coordinate across time zones with U.S.-based teams and vendors during U.S. business hours.
