Job Description

This position is needed to support the order management and billing function. In this role, you’ll work closely with Deal Operations, Revenue Accounting, and Sales to see orders through to invoicing. We are a fast growing company and are focused on building systems that scale. We are looking for a team player who is excited about building streamlined processes and energized by cross functional partnership. Ensure timely and accurate order processing and invoice generation. Respond to and provide resolutions for internal and external customer inquiries. Review and validation of customer contracts across multiple systems to ensure accuracy of financial data in each system and to ensure accurate and timely provisioning of contracts prepared by analysts. Participate in new process implementations, operational improvements, system enhancements, and, contributing from a subject matter expertise perspective. Assist with Payment Portal uploads. Ensure customer entitlements are provisioned correctly per the signed agreements. Gather and format large raw data sets to assist with customer billing reporting and queries. Participate in month end close, including: Managing and tracking recurring billing and required approvals and tracking and application of customer credits. Participate in external and internal audits as needed.
