Job Description
Design, develop, test and deploy high-quality services, applications and APIs as an individual contributor on an agile, cross-functional team. Drive technical discussions around architecture, scalability, security and performance; propose improvements and enforce best practices. Implement backend services in Scala/Java (Spring Boot) and frontend components in React. Leverage AWS services (API Gateway, S3, DynamoDB, ElastiCache, OpenSearch, IAM, VPC, SQS/SNS) and container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker, Helm). Own infrastructure as code with Terraform, GitLab CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing frameworks. Participate in on-call rotations to troubleshoot and resolve escalations. Ensure FedRAMP and DoD Impact Level 4 (IL4) compliance.
