By directly reaching hundreds of thousands of clients, your work on developing clinical AI tools will help create meaningful positive change on a large scale. Your work will include selecting and developing comprehensive sets of clinical scenarios that are representative of client situations (safety, distress) to support AI tools development. Writing sets of gold standard responses to specific clinical situations to maximize clinical effectiveness and helpfulness of AI tools. Evaluating AI responses in a systematic and reliable way to ascertain level of clinical quality. Synthesizing areas of improvement for AI tools to meet clinical safety and effectiveness criteria. Cross functional collaboration with other teams to support the development of AI tools.
