Job Description
Assist patients via phone calls and respond to all chat inquiries. The role includes drafting and sending emails to patients with appointment reminders and test results, as well as answering patient calls professionally and directing complex issues to the appropriate healthcare provider. Responsibilities extend to making outbound follow-up calls to pharmacies and other healthcare offices as needed. This role requires a bachelor's degree in Medicine, Medical Sciences, or a closely related healthcare field. The role requires working US hours.
