Job Description
The Clinical Quality Associate (CQA) will play a critical role in supporting the Clinical Quality team and ensuring a seamless experience for our provider network. This clinician will serve as the primary point of contact for managing our clinical support inbox, responding to inquiries from internal teams, providers, and occasionally patients. These questions often involve nuanced clinical topicsβincluding care delivery, documentation standards, CPT coding in outpatient settings, licensing regulations, and ethical considerations across behavioral health disciplines.
In a large, fast-paced organization like Rula, we rely on licensed clinicians who are efficient, self-directed, and clinically sharp. The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable making independent decisions, and able to quickly interpret and apply clinical knowledge to complex scenarios. Youβll be expected to take ownership of inbox workflows, maintain timely responses, and serve as a knowledgeable and approachable resource for clinical quality issues across the organization.
