Shopify Store Specialist (E-commerce Expert)

About the Role:

• You will manage daily Shopify store operations, including product listings, variants, collections, discounts, inventory, and homepage banners.
• You will drive repeat orders and retention through customer follow-ups, product reviews, post-purchase communication, and email campaigns.

Requirements:

• You have 3-5 years of Shopify admin experience and a background in e-commerce operations or customer service.
• You are organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing a large product catalog with recurring daily tasks.

Compensation and Process:

• The salary range is USD $2,000 - $3,000 per month, depending on seniority and skillset, for a full-time remote contract.
• The hiring process includes application review, screening, client profile review, client interview, and onboarding.
