Job Description
As the Learning Experience Designer at Clutch, you’ll architect how knowledge is shared, learned, and applied strategically, across internal teams and customers. This role bridges internal enablement and customer education, creating cohesive, scalable programs that strengthen product fluency, reduce time-to-value, and ensure consistent knowledge across the business. You’ll design learning experiences that accelerate understanding, drive adoption, and empower every audience we serve to succeed with confidence.

In 3 months, you will audit existing learning content, design engaging learning experiences, and partner with stakeholders to define learning goals. Within 6 months, you will own instructional design strategy and optimize knowledge ecosystems.
