- Take and process client payments
- Follow up with clients regarding document requests and missing information
- Run billing tasks and support invoice management through Clio
Requirements:
- 1 year experience as a Legal Assistant with a touch of client Intake
- High attention to detail in both written and administrative work
- Clear, confident, and professional verbal communication
Software:
- Clio for CRM, billing, and file tracking
- RingCentral for VOIP and call handling
- Outlook for email management
