Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented QA/Testing Lead to join our Workday team. This newly created role offers a unique opportunity to shape our Workday testing strategy and processes from the ground up. You will be instrumental in building a robust, scalable, and repeatable testing framework that supports both enhancements and business-as-usual updates. Objectives include ensuring the highest quality of Workday enhancement and incident-fix releases by developing and executing comprehensive testing strategies and designing testing plans that align with product team goals and customer needs.
Responsibilities include developing and executing test scenarios/scripts, performing functional, security, and regression testing, coordinating with business leads and the Build Team to resolve defects, ensuring timely completion of tests, supporting audit requests, and providing actionable feedback to improve processes. Required skills include a bachelor’s degree, 6-8 years of Workday functional experience, Workday Report Writer skills, familiarity with ServiceNow, and 2–3 years of QA/testing experience.
