Job Description
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Instructional Designer to help transform The Block’s research and insights into engaging, outcome-driven e-learning experiences. You will play a key role in shaping the Campus course library, supporting both B2B training programs and B2C learner journeys. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience building structured digital learning content, a strong grasp of instructional design methodologies, and the ability to turn complex material into clear, interactive modules for varied audiences.
Responsibilities include converting research reports into interactive e-learning modules, designing content using adult learning principles, building for diverse audiences, collaborating with experts, creating assessments, tailoring content, ensuring consistency, and using feedback to improve course quality.
