Product Owner - Insights & Analytics

As a Product Owner at IMO Health, you will play a critical role in driving the development and delivery of innovative insights and analytics products. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including development and engineering, to ensure that product features align with business objectives and user needs. In this role, you will provide vision, prioritize backlogs, and deliver user stories that define the direction of our innovative products. Working with multiple stakeholders, including UX experts, content SMEs, software developers, and program management, you will own the end-to-end lifecycle of the product, from concept through delivery. Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring alignment with the broader product strategy and roadmap. Represent the project stakeholders throughout the development process. Collaborate with the User Experience team to ensure usability testing is integrated into the development process, ensuring customer-centric design and functionality. Troubleshoot escalated product issues and support technical service teams in identifying solutions.
