As a Full-Stack Engineer, your mission is to build the bridges that connect AI coding tools directly to GitLab. You will meet developers in tools like Replit, Continue.dev, and Aider, creating an on-ramp to GitLab's platform. You'll develop and maintain integrations between GitLab and AI coding tools, design a connector framework using standards like OAuth 2.0, contribute to the codebase of open-source AI tools, and provide technical guidance to partners. You'll improve contributor efficiency by making GitLab the backend for AI-assisted development workflows and write clean code for backend services and frontend components, with the goal to also learn Ruby on Rails and contribute to GitLab.
