Job Description
Product Strategy:
-Partner with the VP of Product to set the communications product strategy and direction.
-Establish and articulate product strategy based on customer feedback, industry trends, and corporate strategy.
-Define and manage the roadmap for telephony features and enhancements.
Product Development:
-Lead product development efforts through specifications, product acceptance, and backlog prioritization.
-Partner and plan with engineering teams using agile development methodologies.
-Write user stories, acceptance criteria, and requirements
Analysis and Improvement:
-Analyze product quality and engagement performance using various analytics tools.
-Triage and prioritize bugs to provide direction for engineering and QA teams.
-Identify customer pain points and needs by leading conversations with stakeholders.
