Founding Engineer

Build the next generation of AI-powered products for knowledge and communication. As one of our earliest technical hires, you’ll own massive parts of the product from how users interact with AI, to how we scale our platform globally. You’ll work directly with the founders to prototype, ship, and iterate new capabilities that redefine how people collaborate with intelligent systems. This is a role for a true builder, someone who’s just as comfortable writing production code as they are debating product direction, experimenting with user growth loops, and helping shape the company from the ground up. You'll build, design, develop, and ship end-to-end features in TypeScript, and React. You’ll think like a founder and help shape roadmap, architecture, and culture while staying hands-on with code. Collaborate directly with design and growth to move fast on user feedback and iterate quickly. Prototype new AI experiences, test them with users, and scale what sticks. Establish engineering best practices and guide early technical hires.
