Lead end-to-end delivery of Oracle EBS initiatives including upgrades, process improvements, integrations, and operational enhancements.
Drive functional delivery across Inventory, Order Management, Purchasing, AP/AR/GL, and Cost Management modules.
Support ERP modernization and long-term Oracle Cloud migration readiness.

Warehouse & Operational Systems Delivery:

Lead warehouse and operational systems initiatives supporting receiving, grading, refurbishment, fulfillment, and logistics.
Drive delivery and integration initiatives across Deposco WMS, operational processing systems, and Oracle ERP.
Partner with operations teams to optimize fulfillment workflows and inventory accuracy.

Enterprise Integration & Systems Enablement:

Oversee enterprise application integration delivery across ERP, WMS, kiosk platforms, and reporting environments.
Coordinate middleware, API, and data integration initiatives across enterprise systems.
Lead data migration, cutover planning, and release coordination for large-scale implementations.

Program Leadership & Governance:

Partner with Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, and Technology leadership to align initiatives with business priorities.
Lead cross-functional project teams and facilitate executive governance and risk reviews.
Establish governance processes including change management, release controls, and SOX/ITGC compliance.
