Duties:
- Utilize a ticketing-based platform to efficiently manage and track customer inquiries.
- Review search packages & reports to provide accurate assistance to our customers.
- Respond to incoming calls and deliver timely and professional support.
Experience:
- Detail-oriented and customer service driven with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrates strong analytical, problem-solving and time-management skills.
- Familiar with industry concepts, practices, procedures and associated risks and liabilities.
Additional Information:
- The estimated pay rate for this role is $25.00 hourly.
