Duties:

  • Utilize a ticketing-based platform to efficiently manage and track customer inquiries.
  • Review search packages & reports to provide accurate assistance to our customers.
  • Respond to incoming calls and deliver timely and professional support.

Experience:

  • Detail-oriented and customer service driven with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrates strong analytical, problem-solving and time-management skills.
  • Familiar with industry concepts, practices, procedures and associated risks and liabilities.

Additional Information:

  • The estimated pay rate for this role is $25.00 hourly.
  • Actual compensation may be determined based on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, location, skillset and experience
