Enhance Rewardful's infrastructure and scaling capabilities, supporting the affiliate management platform for SaaS companies. Lead infrastructure optimization efforts, implement scalable solutions, and contribute to the product's overall stability and growth. Working in a distributed team, collaborate closely with colleagues to solve complex challenges, improve performance, and maintain high-quality systems.
Responsibilities include designing, coding, and shipping new features, making decisions about architecture and technology, and implementing scalable infrastructure solutions. Configure and manage containerized environments, assist customer support, and write automated tests. Minimum 3 years of Rails development experience is needed.
