Role Overview:
- Seeking an experienced Growth Marketing Manager to lead marketing strategy for a BPO company
- Full-time, remote position in EST time zone
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing strategy for the BPO's own brand and services
- Plan and manage paid campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads
- Set up conversion tracking and optimize campaign performance
Required Qualifications:
- Direct experience marketing a BPO itself (non-negotiable)
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads
- Strong written and spoken English with remote collaboration experience with US/UK companies
