Campaign Specialist

The Campaign Specialist plays a key role in supporting Retailer and CPG funded Shopper Marketing initiatives with Vestcom accounts utilizing our proprietary shelfAdz® media solution, with assignment and scope varying based on account opportunities area of focus, and candidate background. Working autonomously and exercising independent judgment with limited supervision, the Campaign Specialist is responsible for ensuring client business objectives and schedules are met through proactive planning and thorough project management, thus ensuring an exceptional client experience. The incumbent is the primary point of contact for assigned clients and/or areas of focus and may provide day-to-day client relationship management, providing answers and solutions for questions, problems and requests raised by clients as well as internal partners, establishes, and maintains good relationships, and may identify new business or process improvement opportunities.
