Job Description
An experienced and talented Sr Scrum Master is needed to lead a highly skilled development team. The Sr Scrum Master will establish goals and create plans to help drive the team towards maximizing their potential. This position will work closely with Product Management, Software Engineering, and QA to guide Scrum activities including story refinement, sprint planning, daily standups, software releases, and retrospectives. The Sr Scrum Master will strive to keep the team focused and help to reduce obstacles that impede team progress.
Key responsibilities include guiding the team and organization on how to use Agile/Scrum/Kanban practices and values to deliver excellent products to customers, organize and lead Scrum ceremonies, and removing impediments.
