Implementation Manager

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the implementation and operation team.
• Partner with internal product development, operations, and client services groups.
• Continuously look for process improvement opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Business Management, or equivalent experience.
• Experience overseeing all aspects of a client implementation effort operationally.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams of implementation performers.
