What you'll do:
- Research accounts in Claude, tear down competitors, and build creative strategies.
- Run ad rounds with designers and producers, making ads in Claude when needed.
- Read results with media buyers and iterate, scale, or kill based on pipeline.
Your toolkit and experience:
- Claude-native with custom skills and agents for research and reporting.
- 5+ years in performance creative strategy, 2+ at an agency, with B2B SaaS/fintech/AI experience.
- Familiarity with Meta Ad Library, Motion, Figma, and AI production tools.
