What You'll Do:

Drive channel performance across GMV, net revenue, margin, conversion, AOV, and customer acquisition.
Build affiliate programs, creator segmentation, and scaling frameworks.
Manage inventory planning, demand forecasting, and promotional calendars.

Qualifications:

Significant experience scaling TikTok Shop or social commerce, ideally in beauty or wellness.
Proven ownership of e-commerce revenue and commercial performance.
Strong analytical, financial, and cross-functional leadership skills.
