As an Order Fulfillment Specialist at Gurobi Optimization, you will be vital in ensuring our licensing processes' smooth and efficient management. Your responsibilities will encompass generating license reports and creating software license keys to enable seamless access to our cutting-edge software. Additionally you will be a crucial point of contact for technical support, assisting our valued customers in maximizing the benefits of our optimization tools. Collaboration with our Sales Team will also be essential as you work together to meet the needs of our clients and maintain strong relationships. You will generate license reports and actively monitor transfers and violations to ensure compliance, and address technical support inquiries through online ticketing systems and phone channels. You should have 2-4 years of experience in system administration, preferably gained through technical support roles as well as experience working with ZenDesk or a similar CRM/ERP system.
