Director, Subcontracting Manufacturing

The Director for Subcontracting Manufacturing will be responsible for overseeing, managing and developing subcontracting manufacturing operations with focus on BU Quay & Horizontal products across the AME Region. At the same time the position holder will carry responsibility of driving new BU Yard specific partnerships related whilst already established Yard specific partnerships will be handled by BU Yard Supply team. This leadership role requires strategic planning, execution, and continuous improvement to ensure efficient production processes, cost-effectiveness, and quality standards are met. The Director will collaborate with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and subcontractors to drive operational excellence and align with the company's business objectives. Lead negotiations with subcontractors to optimize productivity, manufacturing costs, delivery timelines, and production capabilities while meeting highest quality standards.
