Members of the Solutions Engineering team serve as primary, technical points of contact for B2B and B2C customers (called โpartnersโ at SentiLink) in the banking, fintech, energy, automotive and retail spaces. As a member of the team, youโll help partners launch and maintain their integrations, assist with ad-hoc technical issues, questions and research requests, run technical calls and provide customized reference code. Youโll also help to build, maintain, expand and scale the internal tool suites and infrastructure you and your fellow Solutions Engineers rely on day to day, helping the team evolve from a reactive to a proactive posture.
While you will be part of SentiLinkโs engineering department, you will work day to day with non-technical stakeholders on the Sales and Partner Success teams, frequently joining them on calls, fielding their requests and questions, and serving as an internal technical advisor and subject matter expert.
