Job Description

Play a critical role in planning and leading special projects internal to Granicus for the Customer Experience Services Team. This role requires a strong project leader with a proven track record of managing complex projects and driving successful outcomes in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You will be responsible for ensuring that special projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with strategic objectives. Your ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority, manage stakeholder expectations, and maintain a focus on delivering value will be key to your success in this role. Lead change management efforts to ensure smooth adoption of new processes, technologies, or organizational changes resulting from special projects. Develop and execute communication plans to manage stakeholder expectations and foster buy-in. Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of special projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. Develop detailed project plans, assign resources, and monitor progress against key milestones. Engage with executive/ senior leadership and other key stakeholders to ensure alignment with project goals and objectives. Communicate project status, risks, and issues in a clear and concise manner, and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle. Drive continuous improvement in project management processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the Customer Experience Services organization.
