Solutions Engineer (Intermediate)

As a Solutions Engineer (Intermediate), you will serve as the technical lead for pre-sales and post-sales engagements, leveraging engineering principles to design, prototype, and deliver complex software and cloud-based solutions. This role requires deep domain expertise in a related field, and demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into scalable architectures. You'll have opportunity to: Document and analyze client requirements and provide input into end-to-end solutions encompassing cloud infrastructure, microservices, data integration, and security. Lead requirements sessions and develop prototypes, proof-of-concepts, and technical specifications. Apply concepts in distributed systems, network protocols, and data analytics to optimize performance and reliability. Collaborate with product management and R&D teams to align customer needs with product roadmaps. Oversee solution implementation plans, coordinate cross-functional teams (developers, QA, DevOps), and ensure adherence to best practices. Conduct technical presentations, demonstrations, and workshops for executives and technical stakeholders. Provide ongoing technical support and guidance during deployment, integration, and troubleshooting phases.
