Duties and Responsibilities:
- Able to define the requirements of the customer and play them back to agree them.
- Able to learn, articulate, configure and design a solution for the requirements of customers.
- Run customer workshops to enable the implementation of the solution.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- 5 to 8 years’ experience in ERP software implementations, within the implementing organization or implementation partner.
- Proven track record in delivering outstanding technical solutions, requirements, solution design, customer presentation skills.
- Guide, develop and agree Acceptance Criteria for Solution Designs with Customer.
