Product Designer

About the Role:

• As a Product Designer, you'll design 0-1 products across the healthcare revenue cycle, turning complex operational workflows into intuitive digital products.
• You'll work with design, product, and engineering to uncover problems and shape experiences that power Clarity RCM's next generation of products.
• You'll work on a wide range of experiences from operational dashboards and payment workflows to AI-powered tools and practice-facing experiences.

What You'll Bring:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Computer Interaction or User Experience Design and 1-2 years experience in Product Design, Visual Design, UX Design, or Design Systems.
• Excellent visual and interaction skills and a systems-thinking mindset with the ability to design for multiple touchpoints.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and a portfolio showcasing both visual design quality and product thinking.
