Job Description

The Customer Success Manager will cultivate the successful onboarding and adoption of the Persefoni platform, working as the primary point of contact and providing coaching and education to improve product adoption. They will support customers on their sustainability journey, manage risk, and identify successful customers to turn them into advocates. The role involves partnering with various teams to ensure expansion opportunities and collaborating on subscription renewal strategy. The Customer Success Manager will also help organizations improve data sources and understand outcomes, requiring strong Persefoni platform and industry knowledge.
